At a country club black and white photo display of Cochrane at Indio, California, she is seen with a man in a tuxedo wearing miniature medals which seem to show, VC., DSO., M.C.., D.F.C. and Legion of Honour (France) There are no WWII medals leading one to believe this picture was taken before 1939. These medals seem to be consistant to those of Lt-Col Wm Avery (Billy) Bishop (later Air Vice Marshall, RCAF) who had 72 victories in WWI. Can anybody confirm this? Lorne Newson
