No. To be perfect, all the divisors must add up to the number. 28 is perfect because 1+2+4+7+14=28. All known perfect numbers are even and the only even prime is 2 which is not perfect. We do not know if there are any odd perfect numbers, but we do know that if there is an odd perfect number, it is definitely not prime. The sum of all divisors of a prime number p is p+1. For example, 29 is prime. The sum of divisors of 29 is 30=29+1. This means that it is impossible for a perfect number to be prime.
