All Rabbi's are allowed to marry as it is a Jewish Commandment, or Mitzvah, to marry and be fruitful.
Judaism has various Hassidic branches, or sects. These are generally based on Family Dynasties, or Regional Hassidic groups transported to various communities from Europe.
In general Judaism has distinct branches. These are rarely refered to as denominations, but each has distinct philosophies and practices. The main groups are Orthodox, Conservative, Reconstructionist, Reform (or Progressive) and Renewal. Most branches are very cooperative towards each other.
