Are the residents of Holiday City South and the other Hovnanian built homes in the area aware that a great many were built on 'debris fields' and sinking ? there's a deadline of May 2010 to be included in identification and remediation although Hovsons has made it abundantly clear they do not intend to honor any further of their court mandated repairs without litigation. Currently several hundred of the houses already 'repaired' have deteriorated further and there is yet another class action lawsuit planned by the owners of these increasingly worthless hovels against Hovnanian. Many are unlivable, most are unsellable and only a miniscule percentage have been properly inspected and identified. Virtually all the residents of these shoddily built disasters are over 55 with a median age of 74. Many if not most are unaware. Would someone please care to enlighten me why there isn't a 'torch burning' revolt in the streets against this unscrupulous family business ?
