Are all Van not reliable as per MB conversation.
On Friday, 10/2/12 I was forced to call your customer service area again after being promised that I would receive a phone call back and a letter, all to no avail. I have not received either, so again, I have re-contacted you. Following my discussions on Friday Customer Assistance Centre Mercedes-Benz Australia, where he told me that I should not rely on the MB vehicles to be reliable to run my business. I replied by asking if that meant that the MB vehicles are not reliable? He said that no vehicle is reliable.This should have been recorded by MB, as per your message. I was completely shocked that this was the opinion of your staff and that I was not to be confident with driving a MB van. I had researched many different vehicles and was told by Dean from Garry Crick Mercedes that this vehicle was the ideal vehicle for my business. Only now, I am told that it will not be reliable! My vehicle has done less than 10,000km.
