Hi
As the number of aramex users/customers soars ever higher
I have come to the obvious conclusion that the shop&ship operation
is at the very ( breaking ?) limit of efficiency .
Packages are arriving @ New York and are signed for but several
days later the item(s) are still nowhere to be seen or found on
the web site !
Are they able to cope with the huge amount of shipments ?
Can they afford to take on more customers ?
Is the web site open for further development ?
I believe Aramex needs to re evaluate it's entire
shop & ship operation to ensure customer satisfaction .
