Any advice welcome. I applied to see my Grandmother's files and received letter giving me a reference number. Today, I received another letter asking me for a copy of my Grandmother's death certificate. This I can do. However, the letter quotes the rules again and in the last paragraph reminds me that 'the further processing of your application can only take place if your document is complete.

Has anyone had this response? Does it mean that I just have to send them the death certificate? Or do I have to explain my motive all over again.
