Antimicrobial peptide D28 had acceptable activity against gram positive bacteria (staphilocuccus ureus).what modifications is useful we can do for activating it against gram negative bacteria such as seudomonas aeroginoza?

It is difficult to say it this way as there is no fixed rules to tell what modifications will be target specifically what organism, it sounds useless, but check on the properties of LPS, and its composition of cell wall, it may help
