So far I have received 5 calls from the US on the subject matter,: the vilification of my name in orchestrated smear campaign in the internet- Anambra Forum-by Valentine Obienyem, media aide to Gov Peter Obi of Anambra State, my state.
I have been told and I verily believe that Valentine is a Lawyer, if he has better facts than I do, why didn't he depose to a counter-affidavit against mine? If my deposition was a lie or perjury and unreliable, why did the Tribunal disqualify themselves? If I threatened them and have the evidence, what are the security agencies doing to arrest me and press charges? Bloody cowards! You cannot cover up massive corruption by a lame-duck cover-up of wimpy allegations of threat to life, kidnapping, man-napping, killing, stuff and nonsense, hullabaloo signifying nothing etc.
Of Valentine and co, I am glad that they have breached the code of decency I had sworn to before, during and after the campaign period in spite of clear and present abilities to the contrary as the Head of Ngige Campaign Organisation. Dr Chris Ngige left a clear and unambiguous directive to keep the campaign clean and focused on verifiable evidence of performance in office and the ways and means of bringing rapid and lasting all round development of our dear State and I maintained it to the end and still do. In response, they have gone to the gutter employing the cheap services of some pitiable US based never-go-home simpletons whose jaundiced logic in castigating my name is simply because I deposed to an affidavit as a Lawyer to which they were at liberty to reply to by a counter-affidavit. They did not. They have no better facts to depose to or at all. They are mere internet goons paid by Peter Obi through Valentine to make empty noises.
Their Lordships considered my affidavit based on facts and quit. The voter register is bad. It is irretrievably bad. Prof Jega of INEC has accepted my position. Nigerian Federal Government has accepted my position. They have budgeted billions of tax payers money to correct the evil joke called the voters register we are fighting in court. I am vindicated. I am both a political and legal hero to their chagrin, consternation and vexation.
Their counter-affidavit is a cowardly smear campaign against me in the internet even though I am only a lawyer and not a contestant for the Office of Governor of Anambra state. If getting justice in a court of law over a jaundiced election using a manipulated voter register that was riddled by irregularities and massive cash corruption will elicit a 'rofo-rofo' fight, so be it. I am ready, willing and able to make sacrifices to ensure order and good government in my state-the beginning of which is a free and fair election under the law. I am not intimidated by a smear campaign in the internet under false names by cowardly and crass pedestrians whose corpus mentis is in doubt. They are welcome.
Henceforth, I am too busy working for H.E. Dr. Chris Ngige to make any response to 'Ndi-Asili'.
