Werner Von Braun. The German rocket scientist,and former member of the SS.Was the inventor of the V1 and V2 rockets. Over 10,000 of these rockets rained down on London in WW2.Killing thousands of people.It was proved that Von Braun had used slave labour in the assemble of these rockets. Victims of brutality suffered in the manufacture of these weapons of destruction,came forward and identified Von Braun. In the sham of a trial held after the war, where,Von Braun was found not guilty. The Americans hurried through his citizenship.The USA made Von Braun a Director of rocket research.
From the late 1950's until 1977 Von Braun was instrumental in the design of Rockets and their systems.The Saturn Rockets which eventually put Americans on the Moon, was put down to his principle design.
