41 yr old f w a reoccurring perirectal abscess now fistula. 1st time I was 22 and was givin biotics went away. 2nd time 7 yrs later Surgery UNDER,cut open and drained.Gauze n it told 2 replace.3rd time Dec 09 cut open drained AWAKE. They said not to put gauze n,had to b cleaned out every day slowly close Fr nside out. It was a minor emergency clinic so I saw a diff doc every time. All told me something diff, contradictory. 1st time I was told something could b done about it,the cyst could be removed after it had healed.4th Oct 10 same thing left open. I was told it was ecoli not staf. Now I have 2 c a colon specialist to repair.Been researchin and am very confused and scared. I have read horror stories about it not wkn and poss spreading to new loc. I dont have ins I cant afford + time off. How do I find a reliable 1 any advice would b appr.Bad cramps n bed 4 2 days not my time. Noticed bk still sm,going to my gen prac tmrw hope biotcs
