Under the seat, and it is best if you hook the wires to the battery, and run them to one of the side covers to hide the plug. that will make it easier to plug and un plug the charger.to remove the seat un-screw the hold down bolt on the rear of the seat, if your seat has a strap across it will have to be removed also
