Corporal

I served with the 1st Btn from 1954 to 58.

Joined Btn in Hong Kong.
Returned to UK on Troop ship Empire Fowey. Suez crisis sent us around Africa via Cape Town. Posted to Dortmund.

Are there any members on the forum who served at this time?

I also went to hk from warley we were originally going to korea but it ended i I WAS AT HO TONG HOUSE FOR SOME 18 MONTHS THEN SENT TO DORTMUND IN GERMANY NOW LIVING IN CANNOCK STAFFORDSHIRE
