0.1uF, 120 Ohm,500VAC i have 3 pcs of this capacitor connected to a relay (1 capacitor to 2 pin in the relay ...i think it is called 3 phase)pump motor is 3 phase .,when the pump is switch ON the pump spin for 2 seconds than stop .is this capacitor faulty ?

Would appreciate if you can help me out .
